Common questions

I paid but the app is locked. Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy.

The GPS map is empty after a run. Your phone needs location permission set to While Using the App or Always, and GPS needs a clear view of the sky. Indoor runs and runs with the screen permanently off may not record points.

I want to start over. Reinstall the app to wipe all local data and replay onboarding from scratch.

Reminders are not firing. Check that notifications are enabled for First 5K in your iPhone Settings, that your run days are set, and that the reminder time has not already passed today.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com within the standard refund window.
